 1.  We give a space/flat on lease to the Govt employee who is transferred from Delhi to the remote place eg: NE, JK etc

3. We provide lease agreement for a period of 11 months.

 4. We provide rent receipts to the Govt employee.Rent can be sent to owner through cash or internet banking.

 5. We charge only 15 days rent as fee. 

6. You can claim the HRA of Delhi as well as the posting place.

Procedure

1. You will have to send a copy of transfer letter and ID card to us by email.

2. The lease deed will be prepared.

3. The rental commission will be sent to us in cash/NEFT/internet banking.

4. The copy of lease agreement will be sent to you through email.
